The name Orynoco was inspired by the Orinoco River — one of the longest flowing through South America. Its associations with life force, flow and natural abundance reflect what we set out to create.

WHAT WE DO
"Fire. Copper. Water. Salt. Every Orynoco product begins with these four elements. Simple. Natural. We combine the elements to create Transition State Elements (TSE). Transforming copper — trusted for millennia for its interaction with the human body — into materials that generate subtle energy fields the body can draw from to find its own balance. It's an ancient relationship with copper, taken further through the simplest ingredients nature provides. We set out to make copper technology simple — no electricity, no complicated routines, just something you can use. Getting there meant going deep — into chemistry, physics, quantum mechanics — while staying close to the craft: learning how metals behave under specific conditions, and how nature and the surrounding environment quietly shape every outcome."
OUR APPROACH
We believe in empowerment through experience. Self Empowerment. Our products are designed so you don't need to understand the science to benefit from it — though for those who want to go deeper, we share resources, run workshops, and contribute openly to this emerging field of plasma science. Everything we do is grounded in transparency and an open-source ethos.
WHO FOUNDED ORYNOCO? The people behind Orynoco came to it by different routes — through science, design, technology, crafting with their hands. For nine years they worked independently, stayed in conversation, and gradually realised they were solving the same problem from different sides. Orynoco, led by Malcolm Bosher, is what happened when they stopped working apart and started working together.
